When a patient changes their email address they can still log in to MyCBDR. If they click on the Forgot Password link, the temporary password will go to the email address on record.

You can change the patients email address and click the Reset Password so they will receive the temporary password at their new account.

 

Search for your patient under Administration/MyCBDR User Management

Click the Edit button 

 

Click the Change button, Enter the new email address and Save.


 

 

 

Once the email address has been saved go back to MyCBDR User Management. You will have to search for their name again. Click the Reset Password link to send them a new temporary password.  From this point forward they will log in with the new email address.
