  • Review Action Lists weekly to identify and address new flags promptly
  • Update patient records during or immediately after clinic visits
  • Encourage patients to use MyCBDR for real-time treatment logging
  • Document all patient contacts (phone, email, clinic visits) in CBDR
  • Export and archive Action List reports for quality improvement tracking
  • For novel therapy patients, use the dedicated Gene Therapy App for patient-reported data

Data Entry Priorities

High priority (enter within 24 hours):

  • Adverse events (especially for novel therapies)
  • Gene therapy infusion date and product
  • Mortality records

Standard priority (enter within 1 week):

  • Clinic visit documentation
  • Treatment plan changes
  • Laboratory results
  • HJHS scores
