The Audit & Action Lists module contains predefined lists that flag patients with specific data quality issues at each centre. Each list displays a status badge: green when no issues exist (or all have been resolved) and red with a count of currently flagged patients.
Structure
Each action list includes three header elements displayed above the data table:
- Selection Criteria: Which patients are flagged and why.
- Rationale: Why this issue matters for data quality and reporting.
- Action Instructions: Step-by-step guidance for resolving the issue in CBDR.
Resolution
When a centre resolves an issue in CBDR (e.g., enters a missing diagnosis, updates a treatment plan), the patient is removed from the list at the next nightly data refresh. The badge count updates accordingly.
