June 12, 2020 - update on this issue.  For Android Users, please download a new version of the myCBDR app dated June 12 from the Google Play store.  


There was a glitch with the latest update of the MyCBDR app.


For iPhone/iPad users:  Please uninstall the app and reinstall.  This should resolve your issue.


For Android app users:  You  need to clear you app data cache.  

Settings => Apps & notifications =>[MyCBDR or MonRCTC] => Storge and cache => Clear storage


If after following these instructions you still cannot get your app to synchronize please contact the Help Desk at help@mycbdr.ca
