When you enter your received product, the calendar defaults to today’s date. Change the calendar date to the day you received the shipment.
Select your product from the dropdown list.
Enter your lot number – please take care in entering this number correctly. It cannot be changed once you start using this product for treatments.
Enter the expiry date.
Quantity: The maximum number of vials is fixed at 100. If you try to enter more than 100 it will automatically revert to 100.
In most cases, patients don’t receive more than 100 vials at a time.
If you do receive more than 100 vials then you will need to make two entries: the first one for 100 vials and the second entry for the difference.
