Starting with version 3.13 system administrator will be able to share documents to HTCs via CBDR itself. HTC users can access the shared files by clicking on ‘Help’ link on the top right corner of the CBDR page. This will largely eliminate emailing as a mode of sending documents to HTCs. Also, it will be easier for HTC users to locate historic files.
Note: Files can be uploaded only by the system administrator. When a file has been uploaded to CBDR users at the target HTC will receive a notification email from help@cbdr.ca.
